Welcome-I'm glad you're here. I'm Anna Crockett, and I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate life's most challenging moments. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, working through past trauma, or simply in need of support, I'm here to walk alongside you.

I earned my bachelor's degree from Binghamton University and my Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, where I specialized in clinical practice. My background includes working with survivors of sexual assault and abuse, individuals experiencing homelessness, children, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I've served in various roles-from hotline support specialist to providing direct care in residential programs at nonprofit organizations.

In therapy, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Empowerment Theory. My work is client-centered and collaborative-I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you move toward where you want to be.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. I understand that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I'm committed to tailoring our work to support your unique needs and goals.
